Looks like the cold is coming in again, they say this is going to be the coldest weather we have had this winter. Blah!
Tiem to prepare, get some heat lamps in the goat barn, a water heater would be a good idea (Need a steel water tank first…) and just everything else around the farm.
The kids house is empty, I have the heat set on 45 degrees, that keeps the pipes from freezing and keeps the cats underneath warm – they are all living there now, really the only source of heat they have access too!
And firewood, I am ALMOST out, scraping the bottom of the pile right now – time to cut and split some more. I sure thought I had enough for the whole winter, not even close!
Need more wood!
I have the wood, just need to cut and split it – outside cold work I need to get on! Time to get started!
More fun than should be allowed!
