Lisa and I got out today and did some running around, we hit Your Butcher Frank and got a freezer pack of meat. Oh yeah! Some good BBQ’ing and grilling, love it! Going to stock up the freezer!
We finally got in to try the New La Mariposa in Longmont! It moved down the road into a new fancy building and was very nice inside!
We have been eating here for 30 years so it was weird to be at a new location, but still the same good food we love!
We talked to the owner and they are going for the new look, feel and vibe… Be careful, you do not want to change too much so that old customers like us do not like it.
Prices have jumped way up, which is to be expected, and well, it was pretty good so – yes we will go back. I wish them well and I hope the new location brings in MANY new customers!
Definitely one of the hidden gems of Longmont!
