I discovered a sprinkler leak that I had created back in the spring, marked it with a yellow flag and all, and just totally decided to forget about it and leave it be for the summer.
What a dumbass.
I was cutting tree sprouts in the back yard and my saw slipped and cut into the line a little bit. Apparently the leak was not that bad because I would have seen flooding or a stream of water shooting into the air.
Never say wither so maybe it just wasn’t that bad.
Anyways, ran to Ace hardware, got some supplies and I fixed it. Everything should run a bit better and maybe a little cheaper on the water bill.
This is a drip zone so it does not get ran that much or that long, but hey – every ounce of water you save can help that damn water bill out!!!
Day 244 – Start this new chapter with confidence and purpose.
