I was digging around in some drawers in my office and found my old GoPro Hero 7 – have not seen this beast for a minute for sure! I could not find the charger or any accessories, just the camera with a very nice 256 GB Micro SD Card, damn!!
It had a battery in it and I could a USB-C plug on the side, plugged in a cord and it started charging – woah!!!
I 3D-printed a cool little case for it while it charged up and then started top play with it. Man it is impressive and works fantastic still, how many years have I had this? Damn! I think I will breathe some new life into it and have some fun!
I went on Amazon and ordered a charger, a couple new batteries and all the accessories. Yeah I had all that at one time, no idea where it might be. (Most likely in the abyss of the crawl space somewhere…)
It’s OK, they are super cheap especially since it is an old model, they are up to GoPro Hero 13 now! Wow – might need to upgrade! Ha ha!
I will wait until the Hero 14 comes out, 13 is an unlucky number!
Day 233 – The best investment you can make is in yourself.
