Lisa and I went up and helped Josh and Nik finish their Gazebo today. They were close but many, many screws away from being complete! I think there was 128 screws holding all of the roof panels onto the frame, sheeesh!
I spent a good amount of my time pulling the protective plastic from every single piece of metal. It was stuck on there good and was no fun to peel off. Blah.
Had to be done first, and the pieces that had been sitting in the sun were baked on and even harder to remove.
By the end of the day, Nik and Lisa helped us hoist the panels to the roof and they pretty much fell in place while Josh secured them.
Finished, complete, done!
Josh fed us all some awesome pulled pork he had been cooking all day – great way to wind down the afternoon! Yeah!!!
