OK so I am new to this electric car stuff, and I plugged the car in on Saturday in the barn, 120 VAC – it will be fully charged bu 11:30 PM Wednesday! Doh!
That is not going to cut it!
I have 220 VAC plugs all around the farm, the outside statiosn for campers all have the correct plug for an EV at 220 V.
I have a welder plug in the barn, and in the garage, they just need the outlet changed to match the 4-wire of an EV plug.
Easy enough, I used to be an electrician.
Zaaaap! Careful!
Kill the power first!
Tomorrow, a trip to Home Depot for some supplies and I will put on my Electricians tool pouch and make this happen!
