This is pretty awesome, I was able to use AI to take a standard picture of Rori and model it into a .3mf file to print on my 3D printer.
Unfortunately I did not have any white or light color filament (At least enough to print something this big) but I did have a full roll of black, so I gave it a try!
It turned out awesome, the detail was fantastic and this is something I really need to look into doing more of. Photos to 3D. Hmmm, a new business?
NO!!! Unless someone really wants to pay me for doing it.
It took 13 hours for this to print, and if you look at all the detail you can see why!
A fun conversation piece, now I need to incorporate some color, and make it more realistic. Ya know what would be cool, is to get like some bronze filament, and print it to look like a statue!
Hmmm, that is a good idea!
