The new fad, everywhere you look – Protein this and Protein that, it is good for you… I do not doubt that, in fact it is a large part of our MRC diet too.
We eat all the Protein, none of the sugar, none of the fat, just Protein, Protein, Protein. Is it working? Yeah I think it is.
I am approaching the 20 pound mark, I should hit it by the time we weigh in this week – we will see. I think I will, trying hard.
Wait, let me re-phrase that. I know I will, I just have to work a little harder!
The no-beer diet does help, but man it is not as fun. If I do drink a beer it is 100% of the time, a Michelob ultra. Low carb, low calorie, low everything.
We hare in the last month of our plan and by the end of the month I should be at -30 pounds. 30 is going to be hard, but let’s shoot for the moon!
