This is my view walking out of the gym every day, kinda caught my eye and felt majestic. Beautiful blue sky, beautiful flags, just a good feeling as you walk out sweaty and tired.
I try to go to the gym every other day and hit a minimum of three times per week, I think I am going to bump it up one more day to help lose a little more weight.
I have been going since April this year and I tell you, it does work. I remember day one I had a hard time walking up the steps to the second story where they gym is. Ha ha, out of breath and tired before I even started.
I designed my own workout plan to target the areas of my body that need improvement.
That was easy, EVERYTHING! Ha ha!
I do a bot of cardio, several weight machines that target the mid section, then work on my arms and upper body, and finish it up with some ‘standard’ walking around the indoor track.
All in all, I feel good when I leave, the daily improvements are small, but they are real, and you can feel them.
