Here we are, Happy 4th of July! 1/2 way through the year – wow! It is funny how the years fly by as you get older.
Remember as a kid, the summer break would seem to last a lifetime and never end? Hang out with friends, play, swim, sleep… The ‘Real’ life!
It was all so simple back then!
We had a fun 4th, went to the parade in Firestone, hung out with Kathy and family! Kathy made some killer burritos and green chili -it was amazing!
Great way to start the day, burrito in hand and all the performers and vehicles in the parade. It weas a good parade this year, probably the biggest and definitely the busiest I have ever seen.
More people than you can believe for Firestone for sure!
After that everyone came back to our house for ribs, and some fun in the backyard pool, and just hanging out – it was perfect!
