I picked up a Peavey PA Amp at the flea market, and got me a pair of Peavy speakers today! Building out a new “Classic” sounds system, and man – this thing rocks hard and loud!
It needs some love, a couple new emblems and a little paint. Yeah, then I will resell it and start again. I found a decent guy on Marketplace that has a shop full of stuff and is into band and professional audio.
Not sure why I like it – guess it is just fun to be loud, and when the bass hits – that is just a good feeling!
I need some cables! I sold everything with my last DJ system, so I have no 1/4″ ANYTHING. I got a couple 1/4″ speaker cables with the speakers for $20 extra, but hey – it is enough to get started.
Amazon will be delivering everything else I need in a couple a days!
Found the Peavey and Black Widow emblems on eBay, new casters are ordered and we are ready to rock!
