Happy Easter to family and friends, it is Lisa’s favorite holiday and we have a big family get-together planned for dinnertime today! Josh is preparing all the meats, Prime Rib and Ham, Lisa is doing the sides and everything else.
Mmm, mmm… I can’t wait! Josh is the ‘master-cook’ of the family and he has got it down! Lisa is an awesome cook too, and she will show her magic in the kitchen today!
Me? Well, I have been requested to make the Honey Glazed Carrots. I made them once and Lisa loved them, I have to admit they were tasty, and ohhh so healthy for you! (Gotta have one ‘healthy’ piece of that big Easter meal right?)
We have a couple bunches of ‘organic’ carrots in the refrigerator that look pretty good, they are going to be be awesome!
I filled 64 eggs with Candy yesterday, and we have other exciting ‘eggs’ to hide for Rori’s easter egg hunt. Ryker is not going to be able to get into the fun this year, but next year – look out!!!
Oh yeah, check out the laser cut of an Ester decoration I made yesterday – I think I have the laser dialed in and ready to do some work! We bought a bunch of balsa wood sheets from Amazon, let the production begin!
