Look, these are some railroad tracks. they are 2.5 miles from my front door and I rode my bike down there for the first time today. 5-mile round trip and man, it is a fun ride down there for sure!
But as you look up, it is all up hill all the way home. Dammit!
A hard ride home, it takes me a total of 35 minutes to complete it. Yeah I know, not record time but I am doing it. This is my cardio work out for weight loss and I am lifting weights too.
120 curls per day, 3 sets of 40.
That kicks my ass too, makes my arms feel like rubber, but you know what? Sooner or later all this exercise will catch up with me and I will be in BETTER shape!
Maybe I can kick that 5 mile ride up to 10 miles? Who knows?
I do love riding the bike, it is a very enjoyable exercise and gets you out in the fresh air!
