I do a lot of reloading and I visually check every single shell before priming and filling with powder.
This is the perfect example why, damaged at the top and cracked all the way down the side. That would make a pretty ‘boom’ if you reloaded and shot it.
I do not think it would explode or hurt you, but I bet it would put some damage in the inside of your barrel and chamber.
I had my one incident with an overloaded 9mm many years ago, my attention to detail and carefulness increased 10 fold after that.
This guy, it went right in the trash. Not only did it go in the trash I smashed it with a hammer so it is damaged beyond any potential use at all!
