I tend to run to Hays market quite a bit, I mean really it is minutes away from the house and they have an awesome deli.
Today I grabbed a beef and bean burrito, smothered and ‘topped’ for $4.59 and it was delicious! Came with two packs of sour cream, and all the fixings to make it a great burrito!
You pay that much for a large French fry at McDonalds, sheesh!
This will be one of my go to’s now, after the day that they do cabbage burgers on Tuesdays, now this and then fried chicken on Thursdays.
Always a great lunch for an awesome price, better than fast food and quick and easy, well if you get there before the high school kids do!
11:15 is my time, they get there about 11:30 and it is over – a madhouse at the deli! There are boxes and boxes of chicken strips ready for them, grab and go!
I think Hays has the lunch crowd handled!!!
