I am not one to spend too much money on Ammo, I reload 99% of my stuff… Fraction of the price and I can dial in the load to whatever it is being used for.
Shooting at the range, or shooting at paper, pop cans, target practicing – dial everything back a bit to save a few cents per round.
There were some black Friday deals I could not resist, so I jumped on a few. got a big bucket of 9mm (My most used round) and some .223 for the rifles.
Funny how that goes, 9mm – I reload every week so I can hit the range so I have a lot. .223 on the other hand, ughhhhg – I have not reloaded that for a while. It is a pain in the ass…
Rifle rounds, lube, the mess, not as much fun and popping out a couple hundred 9mm in an hour… I need to get back into it, and I will soon!
I don’t shoot the rifle as much, but I keep telling myself I am going to make a trip out to Pawnee and have some fun soon!
We have rifle ranges at Liberty, but something about shooting for 500 yards out in the country – now that is fun!!!
