We all headed up to Canyon City to stay the night and go for a dinner ride on the Royal Gorge Route railroad. We got a hotel that was pet friendly so Stella and Peanut got to go with us too!
The dogs were super excited, and Stella did very good on the 2 and a half hour drive up there. We only had to stop once to go potty and she let us know she had to go!
We got all checked in and got the dogs set up, they were adjoining rooms so we opened the door between them and they had one big play room while we were gone!
We got onboard and it was a pretty impressive train – we were on the second story and had all glass around the windows and top of our table!
AWESOME!
We had hot chocolate, appetizers and dinner as we rolled up and down the mountain. Santa came and saw us, and we finished the ride off with some cold beers…. Well at least Josh and I did.
Rori loved it and had a great time!!!!
This was a great family adventure, fun for everyone!!!
