Looks like e may have some new neighbors moving in, RIGHT UP AGAINS OUR FENCE! What the hell?
I guess you knew it would eventually happen but this close? Dammit. They tried to start way to the west of the field but the water table was too high. So that is what they are doing here is testing the water table along our fence line.
Apparently, Richmond homes is going to build there, talked to the workers and they said after they leave it is usually within a year the building will start.
The water table here, fine… Shit!
They drilled 37 holes and tested them all, they are good to go.
I guess the first thing they will do Is put a big fence up to separate their sub-division from the country folks. We will see.
Not liking this at all!
