Having Lunch with Lisa, Rori and Nicole at the Parkway Food Hall in Longmont. This is the second time I have been there and I really like it, pretty cool place with a big variety of food to choose from.
It is clean, fun and seems to always be busy. Things are a bit pricey, but hey, what isn’t now a days!
My first visit I had Tacos, today I had a Brisket sandwich from the BBQ place – both were very good! And well, you can tell by Rori’s smile the PIZZA is OK too!
Ha ha!
We all had a great time and a delicious lunch, time to get Ror home for a nap now – challenge accepted, we have to jet across Longmont and get back up north avoiding I-25 at all costs.
It was a parking lot on the way here, sooo much construction and traffic.
