Well they run diagnostics, do updates and check everything out also… they told me there is a firmware update for the batteries (24 of them) that all need to be updated and it was going to take several hours each to complete.
So they needed it over the weekend.
So I was lucky to get a loaner, nice to get out of there and get back to work – I had my laptop and was planning to work from their waiting area for a couple hours but no – I am saved.
Now I am no Cadillac snob but damn, our Lyriq is 1000 times better/nicer/faster than this old fashioned, dinosaur burning, XTS4, grocery getter!
Ha ha, maybe I am a Cadillac snob.
It is nice and will get us through the weekend, free so no complaints!
