It’s whats for dinner… Ha ha! I love the meat we get from ButcherBox, and their pork chops are thick & delicious. I was going to stuff them with some veggies and good stuff but Lisa stole my wallet and had it in her purse all day, so I could not roll to the store.
(I throw it in her purse when I get tired of carrying it and forgot, my bad…)
Anyways I sliced them open and cooked them slowly on the Treager, nicely smoked and cooked to perfection. I stuffed them with some cheese and put them back on long enough for it to melt.
They were delicious and had a great flavor as always.
It is nice cooking for two, easy to get the portions right, never any waste or leftovers, quick & easy, and fun!
Ahhh the things I get excited about, wow.
