5 hours, done!

Brisket

5 hours on the smoker, and now 1 hour to rest wrapped in a towel and stored in the oven. We will see how it will turn out!

We get our meat from ButcherBox and they tend to be a bit smaller, perfect for Lisa and I – a 2.6 lb brisket will be perfect.

There will be leftovers but that is OK, lunch for the next day too?

Yeah baby!

I am really enjoying my new tiny Treager, it is portable, if you can lift an 80 pound box, sheesh it is heavy. But it folds up and latches in a case – perfect for smaller meals!

It went to Jellystone with us in the RV, but never came out. We ate out the entire time, no mess, no dishes — NO PROBLEM!!!
