We made it to our first destination, Worlds of Fun! We will be here for a few days before we head on east after the concert.
We have a nice spot, a pull through and there are small tree that might block some of the sun to help keep us cooler.
A couple hours out of town we got a warning from the jeep, the brakes were no longer working. Stopped and checked it out, the battery was dead from running in accessory mode for two days.
Dumb ass me did not think to run the engine for a bit at the last stop to charge everything back up. Shit!
We found an auto parts store along the way and I got a battery charger, it is hooked up and charging it now!
Small setback, but hey – I have a bad ass battery charger now too!
The cost of having fun!!!!
Day 248 — Choose gratitude, and you’ll always find something to smile about.
