Well the summer heat is here, and we felt it today. It was a long hot day int he back yard, and we got it done. Well not DONE, DONE, but all the rock is in place and we showered, headed off to return the mini-skit and grab a late lunch/early dinner at Chili’s.
Why not, we deserve it right?
Yeah it was a tough day, but hey it is complete and what a project it was. We have a few spots int he back yard where we just ‘dumped’ the rocks and have not spread them out yet, we are thinking that will be an early tomorrow AM take when it is cool!
The heat really kicked our ass!
But here we are, happy, tired and sipping a cold margarita at dinner. (Well at least Lisa is) I opted to be the driver and have my beer when we get home. She earned it and definitely needed a cold, refreshing drink!
Success!
