I got the new pool in today, drained the old one (It had about 500 gallons in it) and watered the lawn with the water. Smart water conservation, or reuse – whatever you want to call it.
Set up the new one, it was the same size – but a new, better design on the liner. Cool cool! I’ll take it! Filled it back up, new chlorine floater, new filter in the pump, new 100-foot extension cord (Plus another old 50-footer) to connect it to the solar system in the shed.
So it is 100% solar powered and free! Solar heater, it will be 85 degrees by tomorrow, and solar power to run the pump 24/7.
Free fun!
I like that – now to get back to teaching Rori to swim!!! She liked it when it was only about 18″ full of water (Where the leak seamed to stop the water level) now we can practice and learn even better!
Now to work on the rock, it’s coming in 3 days – I have to be ready!!!
Day 174 — Don’t fear the hard days
They build resilience.
