At least this part it, I pulled out all of the old 1″ rock and cleaned it up, now all we have to do is lay down the weed barrier and fill it up with the new 6″ rock! B I G , H E A V Y , R O C K !
We are getting 5 ton delivered on Friday, and also a mini skid-steer, the kind you stand on the back and drive around. Way too much rock to move by hand, and we are doing all of the rock beds in the back yard, going to be a lot of traveling time on this too!
I have the skid-steer for 24 hours, I may be running the thing late into the night to get it all done. I doubt it, but you never know.
I have a wheel-barrow, and plenty of shovels if anyone wants to come over an help? Party starts at 3 pm on Friday! Beer, pizza and water will be provided! Come on by!
It is going to look great when it is finished, and it will be done and ready just in time for Rori’s birthday party!
