We had a busy afternoon around the house, Lisa and I weed-eated, mowed and fertilized the front yard, and then she cut the back yard for her first time on the new riding mower.
And, I assembled our new flat-top griddle to begin cooking a couple hamburgers for her school BBQ tomorrow.
20-lbs – 80 burger patties. Holy sheep-sh*t!
Smoke, grease, splatter everywhere! I planed ahead though, old shoes, old clothes, everything I did not mind getting some ‘grease spots’ on. It took almost tow hours to get them all done and packed up in aluminum pans for her to take to work.
They really did turn out nice, and the new flat-top – awesome!
It is much easier to clean and maintain the the huge ole one we used to have, and portable. this can easily go camping with us, and I can keep the mess of making breakfast OUTSIDE of the motorhome!
(Lisa will approve of that for sure!)
