Today was the group dinner and we all got together at our loop to eat. Everyone came over and we had my Traeger going and a flatop going , lots of space to grill up some food so everyone took their meat to get it cooked to perfection.
I manned the Traeger and had a pretty good size of things on there. Everything grilled perfectly, it was a little windy bit I had it set up in the right way where the wind did not affect it – perfect.
We had salads, bean dip, andouille sausage, asparagus and many more side dishes everyone brought over.
We all ate like kings, drank some crazy beer Pete brought (Very small glasses) that was 12% alcohol. Yikes! It tasted very good, but man it packed a punch for sure!
I think this meal was the highlight of the trip for sure, everyone enjoyed it! And the company, it was great!
