Today was a resort pool day, a day at home, by the pool! Not a bad call at all – we all walked down and had breakfast, got a few things we needed at the store then headed down to the pool(s).
We got there early, right when it opened, got some prime pool seats, some in the sun – some in the shade. Me? I opted for sun today. Yeah, I was the dumbass.
I sun blocked up with the kids, thought I did good – Nikki and I even did it again half way through the day, paying special attention to my big bald head! thought I was safe.
Nope, I got burned everywhere – look like a sad old lobster now. Ha ha! Oh well, it will be gone in a day! I think everyone else was good with minimal sun damage.
It was a fun day, lots of activities at the pool, fun for everyone and a great day to recharge and get ready for another big day tomorrow at the Kennedy Space center.
