I was very happy to still see a large picture of me on the door at work, at least they still think of me. (look closely)
I am not sure who did that but it has been up there for a couple years, too funny! made me smile when I saw it in the office the other day.
I do not make it down to Aurora very often, but I am going to try to get in once or twice a month through the end of the year. Mark is retiring on December 31st, Congratulations Mark! And I need to get some info out of his head and onto paper so we can remember many of the things he did around the campus.
Id assure you I will be going in at 6:00 AM to beat the traffic, going down there at 8:00 AM is damn near impossible and the trip takes twice as long as the 6am commute!
I have pretty much transitioned to a permanent remote worker over the last year so the commute is not an issue, sometimes I trip over a Lego on my commute down the hall to my home office, but that is OK!
It is always nice to ‘get out’ and see the guys too, but the office is pretty quiet anymore too… They are trying to change that and get more people back in their seats, but the resistance is high!
